pray for me
yea that sounds managable. the bigger the down payment the cheaper the monthly payments are going to be. just make sure that u find the lowest APR possible lol...just so you arent giving the dealership free money lol
i know i have considered trading in my v6 or selling it for a GT but then i realized it has 150 something thousand miles on it. i would get like what, 3 or 4 grand for that? might as well just work for the DP. i have money invested in mutual funds and whatnot already so i figure i might as well just save all the money im making now for a car. that way, by the time im outta school i dont have to worry about a car at all and just focus on paying those stupid student loans back [:@]
im considring my options. i need to get it out of that spot though and tow it somewhere to a good mechanic. just to get somewhat of a diagnosis. ive been hearing mixed stuff all day. some are saying change theoil a few times, some are saying ill need to go into the cylinders and get potential water out. one mechanic said ill have to get a used 3.8 and i was like no F that. wayy too much money. so for now, im going to get it towed bak home to woodbridge(where i live) but thats a prblem because im like 160 miles from home. so a tow truck+160 miles=tons of money for mr. tow man.. id rather go home and go to my mechanic who i know and trust 100% rather than getting ripped off. if i do need a new engine, im gonna ebay or craigslist this engine and sell it and just get a GT. if its fixable, im def going to keep it.
I say just keep your current car, buy a geo metro or something similar that gets major mpg's and costs low $$...then build an engine for the stang to make good numbers.....then when you're done you'll have the stang which you can use as your daily driver if you want, and it has major *****...and plus you have the car that gets GREAT gas mileage that you can drive when you're wanting to save money in gas....sounds like a good plan to me..
