yo. i just did flowmaster 40's true duals with 3.5x18inch tips & they fit fine on regular V6 bumper. they would look better on a GT bumper but i like my Roush bodykit too much to replace it with stock GT bumper. check my site for pics & see what you think.... 3.5 inch is about the max you can go though on regular bumper...

IMO, stay away from the SLPs on a sixer. They sound awesome on GTs and other V8 cars, but I dont like the way they sound on sixers. And I'm sure someone else will add in to try to stick to chambered mufflers on a six.

Whoah... For a second I thought you said you had 3.5 inch piping with 18 inch tips. I was trying to imagine that, but that would be bigger than the wheels.

lol your listening to everyone else....Now granted, there is nothing wrong from taking advice from others on here and getting opinions to apply to your own...But it seems you totally pulled a 180 on what exhaust you want for your car after a few comments. It all depends on what YOU want..If you make a decision on something as sound from an exhaust based on what other people want I think theres a good chance youll be dissapointed..I personally think the slp's sound nice on sixers as long as its without a y midpipe. What kind of exhaust are you looking for? If your wanting loud as hell head turning exhaust for your car go with the slp's, if you dont want ear punching loudness and a soft deep rumble go with the flows or macs (or other chambered mufflers)....slp's do pop alot..
and I might as well ask this now, anyone hear borlas on a sixer? Thats the only clip ive yet to hear. Im pretty set ont he slp's myself, but i can definately see why some people would not like them..

I just want everyone to like me
no, just because i didn't list the SLPs dosnt mean im not still considering them. I just think it may sound rice because it dosnt have the power of a V8. And that is $400, and these here are $320 or soo. And i wanted somthing on one else has especially on a 6er.
