has anyone ordered new gauges for their 99-04 V6?, and if so how do you set the milage on the new one to match what the car currently has??

its all digital...it reads off the computer of your car..but...let me post a picture of my gauges from my 99...i know you will like them

Got the silver bezel from Mustangtuning.com

and then got the gauges from whitegauges.net

hope i was helpful...

all together it was like $65

I also have the white gauge faces.

Installation is pretty straightforward, but putting them on requires you to remove the needles from the knowbs on the gauges. Keep in mind there are no notches or markings for them, so you have to recalibrate them (you can use the dealer mode to turn the odometer into a digital speedo, tach, fuel, battery, engine heat, and fuel level gauge, though, so you should be able to recalibrate it pretty easily if you take note of the numbers given by stock gauges at a certain point and set them back

I didn't have to take off my needles...they were a tight fit but whitegauges.com recommends not taking them off..but to slowly fit them over your needles...it came out great for me

yea i looked at those and they were pretty cheap...i dont like the fact how they go on with water...i woudl think they could fall off after a lil bit, how hard was the install of them

i actually just got a damp paper towel and wiped the back of each one before putting it on...they stick really well..no bubbles esp in the heat...and i live in AZ...

the install you have to def be patient..but it only took me like 20 mins...
