Default Clutch Problem

Ok, I'm having a problem with my clutch. I'll start by saying I have a 2000 3.8L V6. I recently took it into the shop for breaks. The Mech. told me that my clutch was high. So I told him to put in a new clutch. I got a ceramic clutch installed. I followed the breakin instructions which was fine, but after a week the car was shaking during 1st gear engagement and was engaging at the very top. I took it back and they adjusted the quadrant. Engaging was smooth and half way. 1 week later it went back to high and shaking the car. I was then told that my quadrant was gone. So I replaced that. The old one was completly worn out and a little warped.

That worked fine for over a week. Now it is engaging high again and the car shakes when going into first and rough going to second. The Mech. doesn't have any idea what else it could be. I've spend 1500 on this already and getting very fustrated. Anyone have any ideas on what else the problem could be. The car isn't even fun to drive any more. [&o]

I agree. the stock quadrant is plastic but it's not going to give out in 1 week. There has to be something else.

Does anyone else have any opinion on this. There has to be something else I can do to fix this problem...
