They're all really good, but if I could do it over again this is the order in which I would do things based on your list.
1.) 3.73 Gears and a Detriot True Track - $200 for gears, $450 for TT, $300 for install - gives the best bang for the buck on just about any car. Is about the only mod you'll do outside of major engine work that you'll actually notice a big differance.
2.) Cold Air Intake - $170 - Gives about 1-4 rwhp, but offers better mpg and throttle responce
3.) Exhaust - $250-1000 system pinding, $100-200 install - goes hand and hand with a CAI, gives you that much better tone, futhur inhances throttle responce, but only adds around 3 or so rwhp.
4.) Underdrive Pulleys - $65-120 system pending - will free up about 5 rwhp, doesn't help accelleration too much, just your top end, but does offer better mpg
5.) N2O - $400-800 system pending - Great way to add a good solid boost of hp, but you'll need a good tune so you don't kill your engine.
6.) Suspension Upgrade - Now that you've got your basic perforamance down, lower drag and improve handling by lowing your car and adding in sway bars.
7.) Break Upgrade - do after your rims - $400-$1600 system pending - give your car that great aggressive look while drastically inhancing breaking power and caliper life
*.) You shoud do your appearance mods hear and there between each of these other mods, stuff like floor mats, pedals, rims, chrome/satin accents, etc. are great ways to improve your looks without breaking the bank, but do save any body mods for last.

Just to say I have it.[8D]

My next three mods are going to be
1.) Street Heat Trickflow Intake with 75mm TB, Elbow Adaptor, and toped off by all of it being polished in chrome
2.) Zex Wet Shot N2O Kit
3.) Corbeau Racing Seats

After that I'm probably going to get a body kit and repaint the car. Then I'll just leave it be until I can get another car as a primary car so that I can begin work on the internals, heads, cam, etc.
