Hey so I'm gonna change my gear ring and piinion monday. Any other stuff I should change while im taking the thing apart? I was thinkin about just changing thee tlok as well but I wanted to know what more thinggs I can change at the same time while i have the rear axle open and etc. Also do any of you know what the tool is called so i can bend my axle to get the gear and pinion out of the axle? My autoshop teacher was telling me we would need that tool but we can do it ghetto except he doesnt want me to do it ghetto.

 

youl probably need a lsd if your puttin gears in. it would be a very good idea imo. you said replace the t-lok. dont know if you meant put one in or what but stock V6's dont have a tlok

 

you dont have a tlok, but dont bother with it anyways, get a detroit true trac, you will also need a motive bering kit
