Does anyone know if a posi out of a GT will fit in my V6 my friend has a blown rear end out of a GT and he offered to give it to me but i dont know if it will fit and also how much does it cost to have one of those put in??

 

first of all no it wont fit because the v6 has a 7.5" rear end and the gt has a 8.8 second of all did he blow his gears or the posi lol. cuz a blown rear end is usually useless

 

i d k that much about it but he said the posi and the gears were still good i forget what exactly he did to it i kno he hit a curb and messed it up somehow i d k but i only wanted to switch the posi not the whole rear end.
