is there a noticeable difference in width between 245s and 275s?

no. the mustang suspension is made to run with the same size all the way around. running smaller tires in the front will not make it handle better. if fact it can inhance plowing through turns. the narrower tires in front are pushed straight instead of through the turn.

also forget rotation with different sizes especially if they are directional tread.

275's all the way around is much better. great handling and you can rotate with no issues
