lol i made a partial cold air...elbow on the MAF to a open k and n in the fender...i want to make this MAF adapter tho cuz the rubber clamp came off the MAF the other day makin unfiltered wet air in the engine..not good...im going to buy a real cold air kit soon but i have no money now and i wont have money to spend on this for atleast a month or 2

by the time you spend the money on getting all the supplies needed, you can just buy an illegal cai. but why do that, when you can just spend the money and get one that WILL pass emissions testing, and wont look retarded and half assed?

plus, there's nothing more embarassing than when someone asks you why you tried making a performance part for you engine out of household materials. its almost as stupid as cutting holes in your bumper for aerodynamic purposes... or for whatever reason those honda boys do it.

it costs about 10 bucks for the supplies all fro home depot....i dont have the money for a cold air intake i owe my dad 1700..they have emissions in nj but they dont check intakes and what not

i wish people would quit bringing up the stupid emissions argument, there's about 3 **** states that give a **** about carb stickers and the rest couldn't care less. i'd venture to guess they're not even gonna question something that looks like stock, which that arguably does unless theyre really familiar with v6 mustangs. cold air intakes really don't do **** anyway, i don't see why you people make such a huge deal about them. ill say it again, "id do that before i blew 100+ on some **** fancy looking part that worked just the same."
