motive gears.....are they any good? http://www.americanmuscle.com/rearend.html Im getting the 4.10s for christmas, i just dont know what brand to get!

would you recommend motive or ford racing?

 

i got my motives for 143 havent installed them yet need my t-lok first

 

motives are good, however, my buddy who works in a shop said they are tougher to install then factory, so sometimes they whine, but the ONLY reason gears should whine is because of impropor install, btw you will also need some kind of LSD with the gears and a motive bering kit

i would recomend FFRP 4.10s with a detroit true trac LSD and the motive bering kit

 

how many bottles do i need to get of royal purple for a gear install?

 

3 but you only need like 2.X
