Default Removing Badges

I would just like to know how im supposed to remove the bades on the front sides of the car. You know where it has the mustang in a circle with red white and blue for v6, gt for gt, and a snake for cobras. They are metal, and i dunno if they are glued on or bolted on or how they are attacked, but i just dont like them there and would rather it just be... black.

It's held on with both a sticky tar like caulk. Click on my sig, they have a step by step set of instructions that will help guide you in taking off your badges.

If you want, you can still remove them. Just go to your local hardware store and by some plastic caps. I can't remember what size it is, but I'm sure you can look it up on google. (There are a few guides used for removing spoilers and replacing the holes with these caps). Just buy them, then a small bottle of auto touchup-paint (the exact color your need should be found in your drivers-side door panel, or if not, I'm sure the store has a booklet you can look up ___ Mustang in.) Paint the suckers black, them put the plugs in the hole. If you do a clean job of it, they look just like a couple of small bumps on close inspection, and most people won't even notice them from a short distance. Just an alternative. =)

is should be on the edge of the door that has the actual lock that holds the door to the body when you close it. the part that faces the back of the car when the door is closed. or maybe its on the body in that same area...i dont remember now..

edit: it doesnt really matter anyway. the color code for your car is UA. they only make one black in 03 so that has to be it.
