ehh depends on area, prob could of gotten it a bit cheaper, best mods are GT take offs with force muffers (exhuast for under $300) 4.10 gears and a detroit true trac, SCT tune from vmptuning.com

depends on the area and the mileage. if the car has less than 15 K miles, that's a reasonable price. could be a bit cheaper though but w/e

Get gears, lsd, better rims/tires, and work on the suspension. If he is able to swing it, go with powerpacks and F/I.

He wants to get a cold air intake first, I dont know how good the cold air intakes work on these car, but i might sugest he gets the tuner first.

the sn95s dont need tunes for the CAIs, we dont get much from tunes, tell him an MAC CAI from autobadges.com, then mpsautosalvage.com or a local junk yard and get a stock 99-04 GT exhuast and have force mufflers from summit racing put in instead of stock, then a SCT tune from justin at VMP tuning, then 4.10 gears and a detroit true trac
