I have a catback exhaust with Flowmaster 40s and was basically wondering if it would be worth it/ possible to get an H pipe or Xpipe installed. I live in Wisconsin, so should i get rid of the cats?

 

So right now... i take it you have a Y pipe and 1 muffler?
