Default intake spacers?

What exactly do these do? Can they increase power? Sorry I am to lazy to go googling : /

Thank you for that mustangman. Would I see about the same gains on a 3.8? That was a 4.6. And the guy selling it told me it was ideal for a nitrous user? Is this true?

Dude, didn't you read the dyno, there was absolutly no gain.

with it was 299.2 without it it was 298.1

Yea, but if you've ever been on the dyno you know that no two runs are the same. It really has to be more than 2 or 3 hp and consecutivly to count as a gain. 1 hp can be caused by anthing. Hell, my numbers flutuated by nearly 8 hp from my first run, to my last. Did I do anything, no, it's just that the car was more effecient on a few runs than on others.

Thats torque and it was an 11.5 hp max gain.
