reasons not to go that fast.
1)wastes a TON of gas
2)if you get pulled over, your *** has a one way ticket to jail.
3)any faster on the stock tires and that's just asking to blow one. and if you blow a tire at those speeds, i might as well say it's been nice knowing you.
i just don't feel like the ricks equal the reward.

i worry a lot about the tires blowing out (im pretty sure they're rated higher than my top speed anyway) though thats why i dont top my pos out often. usually just on cold nights where i make more boost so it runs way better.

3) True dat, the goodyears i had on their before my Falkens werent the best tires in the world. But they'll handle 120mph

You forgot about one thing, the life you endanger can be more than just yourself.

too bad you guys have no top end power or you might be more inclined to push the car to its limits. lol

my 99 was governed at 118 but we removed that and i'm guessing (using rpm to speed) that i hit close to or just above the 130 mark, couldn't tell you for sure cause my speedo only goes up to 120... needless to say after doing that and hearing my poor stangs Guts screaming for mercy i had the governer put back. then i bought my poor baby a new set of shoes to say sorry for abusing her like that.
