i have a diablosport tuner for my car....how much can i advance my timing and all of the other seetings while it still ebing safe for my car

well i just got one today and love it....before all i had was a cai and i could only get 112...now it peggs out...its bounces off the peg past 120.....love it

2.5-5% advance, wouldn't go anymore than that, you'll actually loose hp. You may also want to consider 9mm spark plug wires (see my sig) to help sustain that extra spark in the upper RPMs.

Also my car hit 118(speedo says 120) and I have no tuner

actually i did. many people will b*tch at me for saying that because most people say you dont get much from them. I got my full exhaust done and i saw a lot of improvement. My bf with a GT doesnt make fun of it anymore...lol. I dont know if it was from the headers or the whole setup. I love them though!!

i'm sure the power is there, it's just not enough to really notice. you get about 5RWHP on a GT with shorties, which isn't noticable.

i hope you dont plan on lowering it after youve got lts on there. no i dont have personal experience with this but i do know that lt's hang further down than the stock cats do and my stock cats are low to the ground the way my car is now. speed bumps will most likely sucks w/ lts.
