Default engine ticking

Hey guys i just baught a 99 v6 stang. There is a quiet ticking noise coming from the engine i believe on the drivers side. It does not do it at idle, just when im driving, and it goes with my RPMS..the more, the faster it ticks. It really doesnt sound like anything major but anyone have any idea?

Also could be a small exhaust leak, the factory headers are famous for it, it does sound like a real faint ticking, usually they are leaking around the primaries right at the flange, if it is there, it can be welded, but it is stainless and requires special material to weld it.
