Nitrous Question
Alright so Im now interested in putting this in my car. At first I didnt think I wanted to because it was Mustang and I dont think it should be needed. Yet, now I want it. Would it be pointless to put this in an auto? If not then which brand would you prefer with out it being to expensive and how hard is it to install?
Nope, just got mine in today, it's sitting right here besides me
. Actually N2O is perfect for autos as you'll never have to worry about missing a shift and saying good bye to your tranny. I spoke to an N2O dealer and they said best N2O system for Mustangs is Nitrous Express wet systems. So that's what I got. I was considering Zex, but Zex is done by lbs not hp, also they don't, or supposably don't supply steady beams of N2O which lowers overall hp output.

somehow i find it hard to believe that any nitrous company's product is really all that different from another's. how the hell does missing a shift breaking a transmission have much to do with nitrous? you should have it set up with a wide open throttle switch and rpm window switch so it would be no different than missing a shift with a naturally aspirated motor. missing a shift is probably more likely to blow a motor because in the event you don't have a window set up, theres nothing to keep the engine from revving to the sky and grenading.
