Well, you couldn't get an X-pipe and use the MAC V6 exhaust. The V6 exhaust is made to bolt right onto the y-pipe. If you got the X-pipe, you could go with the GT MAC exhaust. There's no difference at all. It's just two pipes seperate, as opposed to going into one for the y-pipe.

This is the y-pipe setup. "E" is engine. The lines are pipes, and "M" is for muffler.

STOCK:
E

y
|
M

MAC Y-Pipe:
E

Y
^
M M

MAC GT With X Pipe:

E

X

M M

And just for s**ts and giggles, the H looks like this:

E

-

M M

It should be on americanmuscle.com. Just look under the V8 section for exhaust as opposed to the V6.

Positive. I have one.

And it also says this on the bottom.

Note: Catback will not fit 99-04 Cobra's or cars equipped with IRS. Catback can be used on 1994-2004 V6 with a true dual H-Pipe.

it will fit as long as you get an xpipe or hpipe or gt catback hpipe adapter.

Fair warning, though. Make sure to get hangers. They don't come with it. We had to make hangers out of old parts from the shop I got mine done at, lol. 6 hours later, my exhaust was on.
