they are suppose to smooth the engine out a little. make everything a little mor stable. you wont gain any hp. maybe .001hp but thats about it. your stock wires are probably ok unless they have a ton of miles on em.

There is a noticable difference in how the engine runs, but I doubt its from any sorty of horsepower gain. I got some taylor wires 'cause they were cheap, and I had some money that was burning a hole in my pocket...it wasnt a bad invesetment.
