Too Many Problems

So I checked my car out. Turns out I need massive parts for it to be in good driving condition.

1. 2 Outer tie rod ends
2. 1 Rack and pinion
3. 1 R&R Steering Gear(Short Rack)--- What is R&R??
4. 1 Serpentine Belt
5. 1 R&R Serpentine belt tensioner

Where should I get these parts from? What is this going to cost me? This sucks but I love my car so I need to get them ASAP. Thanks for any advice![/font]

R&R is remove and replace, that would be the labor to change it. Most any parts store can get those items.
