Will a CAI give me any more exhaust noise? It did on my zx2 buti was wonderin about the 'Stang?

 

No, it will not change the sound of the exhaust, you'll get a little bit of a whistling noise from the CAI from the fenderwell, but that's about it.

 

I don't think it will give any "EXTRA" exhaust noise... but I think it will make it sound slightly different... Also thw whistle when you push on the eccelerator... whe you rev it high it sound kinda like a turbo... [&:]

 

what about headers? and is one of those ebay intakes okay, if i put a k&n filter on?

 

no thats the fake turbo spool you have in your tail pipe[8D]

 

Headers are worthless on V6s, as stock sixer heads flow very well. Ebay cais are a good short term fix, but their quality is something to be desired.

 

um LT's are gonna make a nice mean sound, but usually arent street legal.

and youve already been told anything that you do to the intake wont affect your exhaust sound... so no a k&n wont, but it will help your engine breathe a lot better.
