Excessive inner tread wear on my rear tires
I have a 1996 ford mustang, 3.8L v6. Just the base coupe model. I'm trying to get some input on a few things before I dive into buying any expensive parts that I cannot afford.
My rear tires sit like / \. My driver side wears faster than my passenger. I have no idea what was done to her before I had her.
I know i have a solid state axle so it cannot be aligned. Options?
Shocks?
Springs?
Control Arms? Upper and Lower?
Bushings?
The axle itself?
I bought brand new tires in January 2013 and they already need replaced because of inside tire wear.
I don't know how to tell if my springs have been cut.
Also I understand that my Toe and Camber and Caster and all that are out of wack...I need to find out why. Any suggestions?

You have some serious issues if your wheels sit that funny, they should be perfectly perpendicular, there are no camber/caster/toe adjustments for a solid rear. Sounds like you might need a new rear, any chance you could get us some pics?
