only if you let the water run out of the hose, don't use a sprayer or your thumb to increase the pressure. It's as safe as driving through the rain, if an engine was unable to get wet, tehn the world would shut down on rainy days. It's pretty much over-looked common sense, I used to think the same way.
i was always told not to dry the battery with a rag because it will cause whatever on top the battery to eat away at the rag...dont know if thats true or not
i did mine to day and what i did is cover up filter on intake and couple wires and used engine degreaser and brake cleaner and loaded in on my car then took the power washer and looks amazing now shining
wow all of that sounds like alot of work how much $$$could it be to have someone else do all that while you relax, or is it somewhat enjoyable like workin on your car......
