You port the upper/lower intake, and the heads. You can have the cam reground, or just buy one already done.

good luck porting the cam...where did you hear about that?

intakes, cylinder heads, throttle body. i wouldn't port the tb behind the throttle plate. gains from porting the tb are not going to be very noticable, but i just thought it'd throw it in there since it can be done

Ive never heard of "re-grinding" a cam. Ive heard of new lobes on a cam shaft, or just a new grind of cam to swap out

Its better to buy a large TB(say 70mm) and then match the intake to the TB, porting the TB is better for track oriented cars where every little bit can be done to make the car faster.

personally i wouldnt even mess with it unless the car was built or blown, but if you dont have much cash and can find a free/cheap stock tb it could be worth your time. might do as much as a cheapie cai or a muffler anyway

Well genereally when you port and polish heads, you also increase the size of the valves, and the cam aids that by letting them stay open longer. Porting an intake is best left to a pro, because the best way to do it is to cut it in half, port all of it and then cleanly weld it back together. SuperSix does it, just go their site and check otu the prices.
