so im beginning to become sick of my 99 electric green v6. it's been full of problems since ive gotten it. so in the srping, im thinking of selling my car, and using the money i've saved by then to buy a v8 stang. i may go for a fox body, but mostly i would want another edge. if it boils down to it, i may purchase a 1995 toyota celica with performance mods.i know, you may all hate me now, but i've driven the thing and its about as fast as mine currently. dont worry tho! ill always be a stang owner/fan! so i would like to hear your opinions on good prices for a v8 stang either 99-04, or 87-92. i dont want to go higher than 12k. what mileage should i look for in the foxes with that price range, and what about the edge's? thanks, erich

Where are you located. You should be able to get a decent mileage 99-04 v8 for 12k or under. If you need help finding a stang in your area let me know I'll be glad to help :] Just give me your myspace or AIM sn and ill give you some links

hmm, thats surprisingly low miles for that price. what do you guuys think the fox's would go for? 12k is my max, i would be taking out a loan to purchase at that price. also, i was wondering, what were the best years for a v8 edge? i know this is the v6 forum, but ill be posting there soon.

im located in the rochester, NY area. im willing to drive about 500 miles if i need to. back in the summer when i was searching for a car, i drove to PA to look at 2 celica's down there. they are hard to find, so i had to drive a while.

only bad thing about getting a new edge gt is around where i live they are hard to find with low mileage. that would be my choice, but if you could afford it i would get an 05+ gt. better power stock, and respond well to mods thanks to the 3v.
