Cut outs..
Here is a how-to if you really want to do it yourself. http://www.miracerros.com/mustang/bumper.htm
I would save yourself the time, trouble, and money and also the fit you are going to throw if you fugg up your bumper, and just spend the money on a GT rear bumper.
It can be fiberglass because you are not really going to be hitting any curbs with it so you will be able to find a cheap one.

Ha thanks guys i mean the picture they put of the red mustang with the cut outs looks ok i think i would have made them a little bigger but where can i find a fiberglass rear gt bumper for cheap? My mustang is lazer red by the way if that helps the finding easier or just makes it harder. Also, if like i get it in a different color and i would have to get it painted to match my car..how much would that run do you think?
