Yes, you can cut the stock springs, but you also have to modify the shocks, which I'm not too sure about exactly how you do it.

Ebach pro kit for the win.

That's actually fairly resonable. Two shopsI got quoted on were $299 and $349. [&:][8D]

Since everyone is talking about needing CC plates and that your shocks/struts will go bad, If you got springs that lowered a little less like Roush springs instead of the eibachs so that you wouldnt need the plates, would that help with your shocks and struts not wearing out?

Irecommend you should get C/C plates with any lowering springs purchase.

Lowering the car will put unessecary stress and parts and it will save valuable suspension parts that will cost much more than the $150-$200 that caster camber plates will cost.

Even though you may not need them, you should get them.

most of the kits talked about are lowering it about 1.5". the roush does the same. my passenger side allignment was off a LOT after i put in roush springs. some how the driverside was in speckand it wasnt great but pretty damn good. i bough the camber bolts from stang suspension and had the shop that mounted my tires put the bolts in. they only used one of the bolts(passenger side). now everything is perfect. the bolts were $30. the alignment using my bolts was another 30. thats a lot cheaper than cc plates.
