No, it will scratch them, but as long as it's a rare occasion they'll be OK, but in any since, they shouldn't be scraping at all on a stock suspension, they probably weren't installed 100% correctly.
since or sense, jthorn

yeah have another shop see if they were installed correctly

I think they were installed correctly, they just scrape when I go over railroad crossings or if i am speeding and i go over a bridge or something and the car hits a dip in the road and sinks down fast they scrape. If I get a suspension upgrade they will lower the car 1' to 1 1/4' can I just go that route intead of lowering springs/blocks?

Also I found out about my cam today. I am going to get the stage 2 power pak with a 218/224 .55/.55 billet cam from ssm. But I have to get a torque converter too. What would be my best option for a torque converter and where can I get it?

mac and a few other people claim that the lt's just barely hang lower than the stock cats do. because of an exhaust leak i am getting new headers soon and plan on goin lt's. its dropped 1.6 or so though so i hope for the best. whatever you do though...DO NOT get rid of the lts just to lower it. not worth it.
oh and you should cut out the little plastic strips that go where fogs should be. give it a lot more of a clean look.

Glad to see all the positive feedback! Yeah, I'm on my way to the Bi Xeon HID's and fogs, but I am investing my money upfront in that powerpak with the high lope cam! Put it this way, ever since I can remember it has been my dream to pull up to a red light with that sexy lope that says:"ba ba ba ba ba" and shakes the whole car and screams "THE CALVERY HAS ARRIVED!!' LOL. But the only way I can get that is if I put an extreme cam in [218/224 .55/.55] and I need to back up that cam with a great torque converter that pulls the hydrolic fluid better than it does now! What do yall think?
