i want to get fog lights like the ones on the GTsfor my V6 where is the cheapest place to get the lights, brackets, and all the wires i will need

alright im really new and this is probally stupid but i looked some up and it was a smoked fog light set and its on sale for 100 right now but i was wonderin if that just goes in place of your normal head lights lol i know its probally stupid but im new
