does anyone make a K-member for a v6? or will a GT K-member of the same year work? i read about it somewhere but am not sure. i would like one with a one inch engine set back.

Well, considering that you can swap an 8 into a 6 without changing the crossmember, then I would say yes. Call the manufacturer of the one you choose and ask them if anything may need to be accounted for to do it, but I doubt it should have any problems.

it's what basically holds you entire front end together, suspension engine, etc, and it's held with ....




wait for it.....





a mere 6 bolts. or 8, been a while since i looked.

I know it works great in a GT lol, but without talking to UPR, I'm not sure, the spring rates may need to be different for the front coil-overs. Call UPR, they're easy to deal with from my experience.

Hey bro if you're willing to wait a month or two I'm ordering one from Maximum Motorsports. It's designed for a GT but they said it'd work with a V6. Wait a while, and I'll let you know how the install goes. Heh, or atleast how they tell me it goes. Great thing about being deployed, you're gone for the BS and the downtime.

you're in the sandbox? good bit of extra money they are paying over there. how much extra are you getting, i got around $1000 extra on top of hazard and COLA pay
