I vote side, they look killer as long as you're willing to pay for them.

well my exhaust guy has changed my mind...he actually cut my exhaust right before my muffler and let me hear it and guess what? it sounded like crap...after hearing this i am pretty sure i am getting GT takeoffs and just using those...even with mufflers i doubt side exhaust will sound anywhere deep and throaty like they would out the back...thnx for all the replies guys...btw he did weld my exhaust back on thank God haha...

oh ok...i saw a thread where a couple of guys from Virginia i think said they saw him at a meet and said it sounded awesome...i guess deezelnut is the new "matthockey32"...haha
yup! lol, i dont think straight pipes out the side would stound too good but you never know...i dont think anyone on here has ever tried it. if you keep the stock cats it may not be that bad. i say give it a try if your willing to risk a little bit of $$$.
you need to get chambered pipes.

deezlenut = matthockey32

they are the same.

go with tailpipes out the back. tips look a lot nicer than side exhaust.

i dont think glasspacks would sound very good either. too free flowing. if you do side exit you can get the throaty noise you just have to use some chambered same side in/out mufflers.
