Well, I voted exhaust first cause that's what everyone does first, almost. The only reason I say rims before lower is so you can decide on how much you wanna lower it after getting the rims. Then lowering is cool. I say don't go with the body kit at all. It'll cost you quite a lot of money. I'm not sure on the prices, but say the body kit is $650. Then you have to get it painted. There goes another $800-$1000 to paint it. With that money you could do better mods that actually make the car faster, as opposed to making it look faster, and then embarassing yourself when a hopped up Civic kicks your ***.

Well it really depends on the rims he has right now. If he has those ugly three spoke rims, then by all means, get rims first. But if they're the 5 spoke sixer rims, then it can wait.

It all depends on what he wants.

But I will say, there is nothing on the outside of a car that turns heads like rims. Everywhere I drive, people look at my car and say, wow look at that car, it looks nice! Its slow as *****, but its one of the nicest looking SN95s around.

True. I actually HATE the 94-98 sn95 body style. I much prefer the new edges. But you car is just nice looking for some reason. It has to be the rims.

exhaust first. sound means a lot. then the rims because wheels can make or break a car. in looks. if i could go back though i would do exhaust, intake, udp, gears, tuner, shift kit, driveshaft...just about all the little bolt ons and stuff for performance then i would do looks. then after all that, if i still had my car, i would go into heads and cam and stuff like that.
