First of all, is it worth the extra like 20 or 30 bucks to get the B-Quiet Ultimate rather then B-Quiet extreme? And, would it be ok to spray paint it black so it kinda sorta matchest the interior of the trunk, or will that mess with it some how?

Edit: Well, i just ended up getting this: http://www.b-quiet.com/ultimate.html . So all i really need to line is the trunk deck and what else? (to keep my sub from rattling everything).

 

Get a good spray adhesive to help it stick, 3M or something like that, you'll need it. It's not as good as dynamat, but it's a lot cheaper.
