Default lighting question

well, i didnt get those rims...so Im getting clear fogs with ultra white bulbs tommarow instead. anyway, i have a question about the headlights- where can i get a new quality set for not much money? i thought maybe with clear corners since im gonna do both instead of just the drivers. so any ideas? and also, are there any brighter bulbs i can get while im at it? i cant afford a HID kit now though.

when u get the clear fogs, make sure they also come with brackets. i got the smoked fogs and they didnt come with brackets and i had to buy a set of used fogs and brackets to install them they are only 40 form mps but still it became a hassle.

Is it worth the extra to get the clear corners? and do i need special bulbs for them?
