Ask the guy if it's vtec or not. If it's a vtec it will have the dohc b series motor which will own you. Just hope hes got the sohc d series. What sucks is you can't really tell the diff by looking at them. My friend has a Del-Sol with the Si trim, looks exactly the same as the vtec from the outside. So the only way to find out is to run him or ask.

You can also pull out infront of him and slam on your breaks, see if he has ABS[8D] Only the vtec Del-Sol had ABS.

 

I....I.....cant, just CANT believe.....this is a serious question. He has like, 105hp dude. Really. Im just....at a loss for words? The fact this was even necessary.

 

105HP at hundreds of pounds lighter and with all the weight on the wheels that provide the go. Our cars have all the weight on the other side of the car and only 50 more HP. Why is this such a bad question? The del sol would probably win, and this is coming from a proud V6 owner.
