i want topaint mine like 97tunedmustang's. what do i need to be careful with when i take it off? would i have to buy new gaskets even if the ones on there are good?

Yea your talkin bout your intake manifold. I would replace the gaskets if i were you even if they look to be in decent shape. You would really hate yourself if you had to pull it back off again just because of a stupid gasket so change it while the manifolds off. I also suggest letting the paint sit overnight or as long as possible so it can set up real good.
