kinda. guys my dome light wont go off. ive checked all doors including the trunk. ive turned the car off, unhooked the battery for like 5min. but my dome light wont turn off. any ideas?

make sure where youpull your lights on, that it is not turned all the way to turn the dome lights on.

 

no lol its not on while the battery is disconnected. so wait the dimmer for the gauge cluster can turn the dome light on?

 

Exactly, the **** thats used to turn your lights on (by pulling out) if you turn it all the way to the left (counterclockwise) it should click and the dome light will turn on. Turn it clockwise to turn the light off and to dim the gauge lights.

 

your computer should have reconized it and shut the power down to the light after something like 3 minutes. Sounds like you got issues[]

 

ok ill check the dimmer cuz i kno i turned my lights on. i might have turned it at the same time. but the dome light was on all the way home and after i locked the doors and walked away it was still on

 

If you determine it not to be a simple problem with your headlight **** being turned then check the door trigger pin and make sure its not broken or something otherwise wrong with it and see if pressing it in with your finger makes the light turn off

 

yea the door pin and smackin the dome light is the next thing i checked lol. but yea i just went downstairs and turn the **** and viola its off. THANKS GUYS lol being a member on this forum REALLY has its benefits lol.
