A 98 is much harder to get 200 rwhp out of but here are a few good paths.
1.) N2O, the cheapest and quickest way to get to 200, in fact, you could go all the way up to 270 rwhp on a maximum 150 rwhpshot.
2.) M-90 superchager, cam, fuel injectors, 90mm MAF, fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump, light port work, will get you there
3.) Split port intake swap, cam, full port job on the intake, 65 or 70mm TB, 90mm MAF, fuel injectors, fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump will get you there
4.) 9 psi vortech supercharger kit, fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, light port work, 56mm TB will put you there
