cobra conversion....
I found a trashed 99 cobra for kinda cheap and was wondering how hard it would be to swap engines.... a list of everything needed would be greatly appreciated. Sorry if this has already been asked......I drive a 99 v6 btw
you have the parts you nee if you have the wrecked car. it is a lot of work but if you can do it yourself and this is not your only car it is able to be done. if this is your only car and/or you are paying someone to do it i would advise not to because you are lookin at a lot of money in labor.
i've been quoted $2000 labor for an engine/transmission/rear-end swap...at a shop i DIDN'T know....$1000 for a shop where i know the owner and he would do it himself with his partner (and let me help out now and then)instead of his "workers"
