As u said before, it seemsto ba shift blocking alarm system, here in Mexico (u may imagine the reasons)are very popular for ATXmost areViper brand (but pretty damn easy to bypass, If I were you I'll shut down the led but w/o deactivate the system)

Has it affected the driving of the car at all? If not, just ignore it, or hit it with a hammer, or something lol, j/k.

take out the shifter bezel and see where it goes to, u could disconnect the wires or just leave it, i would try contacting the seller first tho

It Doesnt effect the driving so im not do worried i was just curios
