umm a 4.2 stoker kit? dah

What a stroker does it replace stock internals (rods, pistons, piston rings, and crank shaft). The first three are usually forged. The crankshaft is larger, which makes the stroke of the pistons longer, which increases the amount of air displaced in the combustion chamber, increasing the displacement of the engine, hence moving from 3.8L (232 cubic inches) to 4.2L (I don't know the ci on that). I've even seen stroker kits up to 4.4's for V6's, making them only .2 liters smaller than the 4.6 in the GT's.
Long story short, displacement usually means more power and torque.
Plus, telling people who don't know much about Mustangs that you have a 4.2 V6 will throw a lot of people off, lol.

Yes. That explains a stroker kit. You should work for SSM.

Is there a formula or something to go from liters to cubic inches and visa versa? Just outta curiousity. I'm sure it's in my engine repair book, but that's in my car, and it's like 3 degrees outside.
