i got my racing stripes today they are going to look good, me and my bro might try to put them on this weekend, but i dont know we aint ever done it before. should i just pay somebody $100 to put them on or me and my bro put them on? cause i dont want to make it look stupid. has anybody ever put racing stripes on before? how hard is it? i was looking on some sites and it said it was real easy.

I would recommend a pro, but if you do it, just be extremely careful on the placement.

 

I would pay to have it done then if they screw it up they have to buy you another one. At least over the bumpers anyway, all the flat parts you should be OK with. Just use some dish soap in water and spray the car where the stripes are going, peel off the backing and spry the stripe and apply. Then you can slide it around to where it goes and squeege the water out.

Yeah I think so. I just put black side stipes on mine and it's red, looked too plain before and I got my spoiler on today!

Really...I was going to put black side striped on my red car but didnt think it would look good. Could you take pics of your car with the side stripes so I can see? Also, once you get the racing stripes on, take a pic, i want to see how that looks too. Once I get the new hood on I may put racing stripes.
