you think salt is bad i live in the country and i drive on county roads and they dont salt they put dirt on the bridges and thats it and when i get on the state and city roads they are covered in salt so my car is a giant dirt and salt bucket it looks horrible

i would just get some engine degreaser or purple stuff works great just make sure to cut it with water like it says on the bottle, spray it on let it sit for 15-20 min then rinse it off, repeat and maybe use some scrubbing, make sure not to spray water into anything electrical or in your air filter, u may want to start your car while rinsing cause it will bog down a bit if u spray something that u arent supposed to in that case just dont spray there any more

on the manifold an alternator an a/c an everythong metal i used a wire brush took a long time but it worked just need to clear coat some stuff now. and the black hoses i usedblack magic tire shine. http://98ga00.myphotoalbum.com/view_...mp;id=000_0064

Haha thats right eagle catcher. Way to represent Standardshift.com. Gusgutts, i from Phoenix, and will be looking into making that engine bay nice n shiny.

I hate all of you guys.....well i dont really but im pissed that you get nice weather....i live in NY last night it was 9 degrees outside snowing on and off and all i do is dream about washing my car because it looks like ABSOLUTE **** lol.....especially when it snows and then the next day the suns out alittle and it turns the ice into water then the water leaves dirt marks ALL over your car...then the day after that it gets freezing and snows agian so u cant do anythign about it...wow
