Default Rear brakes

Does anyone have a sticky or just have the general know-how on how i would change the rear brakes? I understand that there is a special tool that is needed but i want to know how difficult it all is. From experience, should i just pay to get it done somewhere because as of right now it makes a terrible rubbing sound when im just driving.

The only thing different about the rear from the front is that you have to turn the rear pistons in instead of just using a c-clamp on it to compress them.
