What is the differance between SCT's 2 programmers the Excalibrator 2 and the Strategy flash

I think SCT is the only one that works on 2004. I know Diablo doesn't, but I'm not sure about Excalibrator.

 

I can't tell, call SCT and ask them, then let us know lol

The SF description is kinda misleading, in one part it says 4 tunes, then right below that it says 3.

I think they are the same thing. Since they only list one in the Online store
