Why? Don't be a greedy, besides you will have to buy the stock parts anyway unless you saved them all or already didn't sell them.

Just let your bro have your car.

I think you got your years mixed up man. [8D]

The 99-04 GT edge's are alot slower than the 05+ s197's GT's.
And I don't think your dad is going to drop 30k for a car on you unless your loaded.

Also the cobras weren't made in 2002, just 99-01 and 03-04.
And the power difference in them is also significant, with the 03-04 cobra being blown and pushing 390hp

And if your dad says yes, why not go with a GT. [8D]
It's common sense, are you going to keep the sex just beacasue you put money into it?
Your're going to put money into every car you get so you can't get "too" attached.

Get rid of it for the power and besides it will still be in your family.
lol, was that on purpose?
Oh ****, no lol.

Just what I always think about, I'm a guy so from about now till like 60 or so, thats going to run my life.

Well, an 02 Cobra would be impossible. They didn't make those. And a 00-05 GT is kinda wierd. They changed body styles in 05.
they all went to austraila

one word, PROCHARGER

Unless you've dropped like 6K or more into your sixer, can it for the GT, you won't regret it, especially when you romp on it for the first time.

Unless you have a blower or turbo(s) on the 6 this shouldn't even be a question. I'm starting to doubt your masculinity here....

Sorry dude, that's not enough to pass up a GT for, rememer, if you get an 00-04 GT, you can just swap out most of all those mods, so you're really not loosing much.

Nice V6 but I would take a stock GT over that in a heartbeat. Trust me once you drive it once you'll probably **** on your car and set it on fire....

Swap that **** out since you paid for it. If you can't **** it the GT is way better still
