Flowmaster has been around longer. You're paying an extra $40 or so for the name. Forces are basically the same. I can't tell a difference in sound, and I think they're guaranteed for life, so who cares about quality.

I havent heard the forces in person, but everyone says they sound the same. I doubt it, but who knows?

they do NOT sound the same...i have the Forces and have heard PLENTY of V6s with Flows...Flowmasters have a distinctive hollow sound (other than the Super 40s which sound good)...the Forces are deeper and at higher RPM they don't buzz like MAC...they sound more like an actually refined V6

the force flows dont have a lifetime warranty. they hardly have one at all. i think its a short one if anything. i talked to them about it a long time ago.

i follow the rule..."i get what sounds best to MY ears"...i hate flowmasters and the way they sound....they only sound good on old muscle cars IMO....if the flowmasters sounded better than the forces to me i would have bought them...

and a warranty wouldn't have affected my choice of muffler...in CA not much to worry about something going wrong with them

You are VERY wrong my friend, my dad has a 2005 Nissan Titan with a 5.6L V8 and runs a single flow american thunder something.. Now many have argued "well your comparing apples to oranges.. a truck to a car..." but let me tell you this. I helped a guy out who had the exact same truck as my dad only it was stock (my dads is lifted and has a flow, and its the 4x4 offroad pack.. which shouldnt have made a big difference) this guy was out teaching his daughter how to drive in the snow and basically he sucked at life... so i helped him get unstuck and in doing that i listened to the sound his truck made in low, mid and high revs as this teenage girl tried to get the tuck out of the snow while we pushed.. sounded like my stock v6... im not even lying to you.. it was saddening.. that such a big engine sounded just like any other type out there if not worse.. Now, me and my dad also compared the sound of the his old truck ( 2000 Dodge Ram something) to the Titan and the flows sounded better than his Dodges stock. but thats just my point of view and the way i put it into perspective.

In the end its person interest... Flowmaster is one of the biggest names in exhuast if u ask me, its among them anyway... Id go with experience over others opinions.. Your car is always going to sound like a V6 you cant change that.. yeah you can modify it like the oh so popular clip on you tube of that green mustang.. but thats more than exhaust.. if ur looking at exhuast just kno that nothings going to make u sound like an 8.. to me i goes like this... V6 will always sound the same, nice and mellow, not too agressive with just a catback and a mid pipe..V8 is the benchmark and always will be, nothing sounds like aV8, nothing is as good as a V8...anything above an 8 sounds like a freight trainandis just plain annoying. But...again this is all my opinion.
