Default exhaust

what is the stock exhaust made of

i was worried about a aftermarket aluminized exhaust rusting out beings i live right next to the water and when tide comes up i occasionaly have to drive through it so i was planning on Stailess but some one told me that aluminized holds up better than stock because stock is not aluminized it is just steel is that true

I'm about 1/8 mile from the bay is all and have had no problems with exhaust rusting out since they went to alumnimized pipe.

That's what I thought till this guy that's been doing exhausts for over 20 years told me. He said they all have some aluminum in them now. Can't say for sure if he knows what he's talking about but he sure does damn nice exhaust work, good enough for a show car so I believe him.
