Default got an engine diagnostics

P1000- OBD-II Monitor Testing Incomplete.
P1408- EGR Flow out of Self-Test Range.
P1780- Transmission Control Switch circuit is out of Self-Test Range.
P0442- Leak in Evaporative System Detected.
P0301- Misfire Detected - Cylinders 1-10.

not very sure what the 1st four mean. i wasnt around when my dads friend did this. so could any1 explain?

Well, the first one, OBDII is the computer system used on cars 96 and newer. OBD I (go figure, lol) was used on 95 and older. It was doing some kind of computer scan and it was incomplete, I guess.

I could normally help you but your codes are different than mine, u must use a different brand scanner. Either way, 5 codes, thats not good...

you hace to let it finish scanning thats what the first 3 codes are i believeyou started scrolling and checking other codes before test was finished just let it sit for a while and scan

that transmission circuit code worries me and i know i need new spark plugs. and i believe that leak is in my exhaust which ive been meaning to go get checked, cuz when i 1st got it put on the shop was complainin about fixin a leak

ok i got answers for the codes...

disregard the 1st one...
exhaust.....
not too sure.....
air condition leak....
need new spark plug or wire...

that 2nd and 4th one i might have mixed up....but those are the answers...
